General: creditors

When Recoup handles bankruptcy, a creditor has the option to submit its claim(s). The creditor can do so by:<\/p>\n

  1. sending a mail to faillissementscrediteuren@recoup.nl<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. You have to state the name of the bankruptcy in the subject line of your email.<\/li>\n
  3. Your claim must be accompanied by supporting documents, such as agreements, invoices, etc.<\/li>\n
  4. If you claim a right of pledge, mortgage right, retention of title, etc. You must clearly indicate this in your email and attach documents showing this.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After receiving your email with attachments, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days.<\/p>\n

    Bankruptcy reports can be downloaded at the Central Insolvency Register at www.rechtspraak.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>
