Register of areas of law of lawyers

Related to article 35b(1) of the Regulations on the Legal Profession.

In the jurisdictional register of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten, the lawyers listed below are registered with the following areas of law:

• Mr. W.J.B. van Nielen:
  Insolvency law (bankruptcy, suspension of payments) and Corporate law (directors’ liability)
• Mr. S.H. van Erk:
  Insolvency law (bankruptcy, suspension of payments) and Corporate law (directors’ liability)
• Mr. F. Ortiz Aldana:
  Insolvency law (bankruptcy, suspension of payments, WSNP) and Corporate law (directors’ liability, corporations)

This registration requires each lawyer to obtain ten training credits in each registered area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten.
