When Recoup handles bankruptcy, a creditor has the option to submit its claim(s). The creditor can do so by:
- sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You have to state the name of the bankruptcy in the subject line of your email.
- Your claim must be accompanied by supporting documents, such as agreements, invoices, etc.
- If you claim a right of pledge, mortgage right, retention of title, etc. You must clearly indicate this in your email and attach documents showing this.
After receiving your email with attachments, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days.
Bankruptcy reports can be downloaded at the Central Insolvency Register at www.rechtspraak.nl.
